When you find your home, the rental process is easy. you will complete an on-line credit card check and screening. If you approved (within 24 hours of submitting your application), the following steps will complete your move-in process:
- Be sure you have registered with us on-line;
- Complete a Lease (a copy will be provided to you and kept in your file on-line);
- Complete our move-in checklist with your property manager (a copy will be provided to you and kept in your file on-line);
- You will be provided your keys and you are free to move-in on the available date.
