Northwest Real Estate Services, Inc. was founded by Mark C. Wolf in Washington state, USA. However, Mark has spent considerable time between Washington and the Kingdom of Thailand since early 2000. He has founded and owned real estate brokerage companies in both America and the US. Mark and his team are currently designing and developing a property management system for worldwide distribution.

Northwest Real Estate Services, Inc. has extensive property experience since the 1970’s. Because we have been directly involved in all facets of the real estate business, we understand the needs of our Landlords and Tenants. We have been Landlords, Tenants, Developers, Managers, and involved in most other property disciplines.
Our company founder graduated with degrees in Finance and Real Estate (minor in Architecture) and relocated to Seattle, Washington in the late 1970’s. The Seattle area was fast becoming one of the primary hubs for the “computer revolution”. With successful “startup” companies like Boeing, Microsoft, Amazon, Zillow, Expedia, Starbucks, Costco, and more than 1,300 others, the Seattle-Bellevue area is the envy of most regions in the world.
Mark was active in the tech and real estate communities, and co-founded the world’s first startup club (Puget Sound Venture club). After travels to SE Asia, he also co-founded Asia’s first startup club, the Bangkok Venture club in 2014. Northwest Real Estate is currently working on the development of a state-of-the-art property management platform.
